Welcome to Abbeymead Rovers FC!
Abbeymead Rovers FC are based in Gloucester and have a vast array of teams across a range of age groups from 4 to 70+ years. We are affiliated to the Gloucestershire Football Association and are proud to be an FA Charter, and Community Standard Club. We strive to provide a fun, safe and inclusive environment for all our grassroots teams. Our club is run entirely by volunteer executive and management committee members, coaches and helpers. We have come a long way since our humble beginnings back in 1997, evolving from 3 teams to over 50 teams now operating across the club! If you are interested in joining one our teams or wish to find out more information, please contact one of the coaches in the age group you require. We hope you enjoy browsing our website!

A family club supporting the community
We are a community club Abbeymead Rovers FC provides football for over 800 people, with our base in the Abbeymead and Abbeydale area of Gloucester. We are a nonprofit organisation. All of our coaches, helpers and committee members are all volunteers who give up their time and effort for the benefit of the community. Our goal is to provide football in a fun and safe environment for the benefit of the community. A family club With over 50 teams and 800 registered members, we foster a close relationship between all of our teams and players. We all support each other to provide football acitivites to members for the benefit of the community. Our main base is at Abbeydale Sports and Community Centre with pitches spread wiedely amongst the Abbeymead and Abbeydale areas.
